Four weeks old

"Hello? Anyone out there?"

" Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Now I must go swimming."

Ezra says: "Yes, Socks, someday I will go outside and live your dream of roaming the neighborhood...."

Socks says: "Life is so unfair."

Everyone keeps asking us what Socks and Nola think of Ezra.

Hmmm...not the least bit interested.

I think I see a smile here. :0)

Sleeping Beauty

Ezra is not too fond of bathtime yet. If it were up to Logan he would never take a bath. But he does look really cute in that little hooded towel.

Ezra says: "My cousins are very nice, but I find the one with the big lips somewhat strange."

My attempt to get one of those really cute baby shots where all you see is the face surrounded in a fluffy cloud of white didn't work out so well. But we sure got a good laugh trying. Will try this one again another day.

For Topher -- who requested a shot of Ezra's toes. Ezra can't wait to meet Aunt Emilie, Uncle Ricky, and Topher & Benny!!!

"Feed me!!!"

"Seriously... feed me now!!!"

"Burp me!!!"

"Change my diaper!!!"

"Swaddle me!!!"

"Cuddle me!!!"

"Love me!!!"

"Thank you. Now I can do my Zen meditation...."

Ezra James arrived on Friday, August 31st at 6:37 p.m., weighing in at 8 pounds and 21 inches in length. Life is very, very good.
