Ezra and I went running together for the first time ever, and he did great! We jogged 4 miles around the neighborhood, and Ezra didn't even break a sweat!

Ezra's first Christmas Eve. 16 weeks old

Lots of fun things going on with our family this week. Ezra got to meet his aunt, uncle, and cousins who are in town from Idaho for the holidays. I'm sure there are lots of fun times ahead for Ezra J., Benny J., and Topher J.

Our kitchen and bathroom remodel projects started this morning and will continue for the next couple of weeks. And just in case you didn't know what a great baby we have, Ezra slept through an hour's worth of demolition this morning. What a trooper! We're knocking out a wall in our dining room and have pulled out a shower in one of our bathrooms. It was very loud! But not a problem for Ezra who snoozed right through most of it.

We got a special Christmas day visit from Emilie and Benny when we were at Nana and Pop's house for Christmas yesterday. Here are a few pics of Ezra and Benny. I mean Spiderman. These make me smile. :0)

Ezra got to meet his new pal Griffin today. What fun! Griffin's mommy Leslie and I have been friends since high school. I hope these guys have as much fun together as we have had! Ezra is almost 13 weeks old and Griffin is 5 weeks old in this shot.

The cold weather yesterday gave us the first chance to wear this super cute sweater and hat knitted by Nanna. Our attempt to take a picture didn't work out as we had planned but we sure got a good laugh trying. Posting a bunch here so you can get the full affect. Maybe we'll try again today. We're headed to Dallas this afternoon to watch the UT/A&M game at Smokin Joe and Pat's house so we'll get a chance to wear this fun little jacket again.

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are so very thankful for our family and friends and most especially this year for our sweet Ezra James.
