5 Months Old

I can't believe that Ezra J. is five months old today! A few very important things that he's been up to lately....eating cereal, grabbing both feet, jumping like crazy in his jumparoo, giggling at himself in the mirror, and of course still trying to get all five fingers into his mouth.

Ezra's new thing this week is that he can now get the ring into his mouth. Way to go Ezra! It's so neat to watch him do it. Sounds so simple but it is pretty amazing to watch him from the beginning when he grabs for it to when he concentrates on bringing it to his mouth to when he actually makes it in there. I'm so proud! :0)

We're just about finished with our kitchen remodel so I thought I would share a few pics. I love it!!! The best Christmas present ever! Well, except maybe my engagement ring a few years ago. That was a pretty cool present too. My husband is good to me. :0)

These first shots are from the dining room looking into the kitchen. We knocked out the wall where the bar is now. Still looking for barstools so we hope to be able to sit at the bar soon. New counters, tile, and appliances. It's beautiful!

Four Months

Ezra had his four month checkup today. His doctor said he looked wonderful and very healthy! 16 pounds 11 ounces. 26 inches. Four shots. Not a happy camper after that. You can't tell in these shots though. We took these earlier this week on New Year's Day.
